It’s an invitation to travel, to change scenery: With the exhibition “Songlines – Song of the Track of the Australian Desert”, Quai Branly-Jacques Chirac Museum offers you to dive into the heart of Australia’s Aboriginal culture. Created in close collaboration with Aboriginal communities, Songlines was created in Australia before being praised by the international press. Today, the podcast takes you to discover this exhibition event!

Follow Mary Jequil on a truly immersive visit! You’ll follow in the footsteps of The Seven Sisters, heroines of one of Australia’s most important mythological stories, and the red thread of the show. You will wander among the colorful paintings that, according to their creators, express the vibration of the area. And you will benefit from the insights of Stéphanie Leclerc-Caffarel, scholarly reference for the exhibition: it will reveal the secrets of some of the works and give you keys to better understand Aboriginal art.
